What are the chances of a single male, making appx. $50,000 a year with a credit score less than 600, who is a military veteran, acquiring a coop mortgage of $150,000?

With your credit so low, it may be difficult to get a loan in the first place. However, you may want to check with your arm services representative to see what programs there are for veterans. Much will also depend on your down payment. Many coop boards require a 10% or 20% down payment. Good luck.

Depends on other factors, like debt, re taxes, etc. Talk to a lender. If no one responds today, contact me and I will connect you to a local lender. vchrisner@kw.com
