Save up some money and have my phone and electricity turned back on.........

Just kidding. Networking is my number one! Plus, I it seems the more time I spend with my children the more I meet other parents. What a bonus for loving my kids. I get paid twice, Hugs and Commission Cheques. But the HUGS I keep in my personal account, never to be spent, just returned.

What a life this is sometimes......

I finally did an analysis of my sales and realized that networking with other Realtors was the single largest contributor to my sales. I'm helping to start a cross-company network of real estate professionals to share marketing ideas, discuss listings and help identify buyer needs. Hopefully, by working better together across company lines we can generate more interest in each others' listing by keeping each other updated on what's out there and what the MLS and other conventional tools don't show off very well. And if we also learn some unique marketing ideas from each other, we will all be better off because of the interaction.

If your a buyers agent make sure your clients pre-qualifications are still valid the day of writing an offer, or before contingency removal.

For Sellers make sure the Buyers agent does the same for you.
