You have some good answers already Dave. If it's a condo you're interested in you might want to go with a condo specialist. The legal issues can be very different from buying a single family home. Check out the site below and feel free to get in touch with any questions. Good luck!

Unless you are paying cash you need to check to see if the FHA will loan in this Condo community, the Condo Doc's or the Investor to Owner ratio will stop any FHA loan.

Also the high HOA will eat away your buying power as it relates to a mortgage and if your possible thinking of investing to rent the monthly HOA will be felt.

Let me send you the total list of foreclosures in the area free, and I will check any address to see if it fits FHA guidelines.

Good Morning Dave

It is available as of today, showing active. There are 6 other units available as well. It looks as if this is NOT a distress sale, is vacant and ready to go. Any Realtor could be contacted to schedule a showing for you.

Yes it is! It's only been on the market 30 days. If you would like to view this home, please let me know. You should be aware that the monthly maintenance fee is just under $310.

Contact me for more info.
