Is 360 Furman, aka One Brooklyn Bridge Park a viable condo? We are thinking of buying into that building.

We have been living in the building for five weeks now and love it. As I have met other residents and spoken with them I have been very encouraged as they are all extremely happy with their choice to live there. When you go and look at the apartments you can see how beautiful and well constructed they are. I have read prospective buyers asking about proximity to the subways. My wife takes the buildings shuttle to the subway every morning, but I always walk. I really enjoy the walk through this neighborhood and it is either about 10 -12 minutes to the NR2345 (during which I get a coffee on Montague St.) or 15 minutes if I want to walk to the AC. On the walk back from the subway I can either stop at Key Food or Gristedes if I need to pick up groceries - Key food will deliver to our building if we don't feel like carrying stuff back ourselves.
