Property taxes are usually around 1.25% of purchase price in Collier County. I can check public records for you to see what it was in 08. School district would be the Golden Gate area. Only Attorneys and title companies can give you opinions on Title. On Bank owned properties I would recommend an attorney as the banks have been sending back alot of language in the contracts that could be to your detriment.
