Have you tried using a real estate cyber-value website such ashttp:// ? These websites look at homes sold around an address and come up with a best-guess price. They aren't always accurate (+/- 15% is what I have seen) nor do they give you estimated market times.
If you want a more accurate opinion for your home in Ruth Hardy, just drop me a line with the address and your contact info. I can get a Realtor in that area from the world-wide relo real estate network to provide you with the local information.
Lastly, I'd recommend checking into a 1031 exchange to postpone any capital gains (assuming you haven't lived in the home two of the last five years). A Realtor, real estate attorney or title company can help walk you thru the 1031 exhange process.
