Hi Marlyn,

The Deeds and Restrictions and City Council would be great places to start. However, if your looking for help, I would be happy to work with ya and get all the necessary info you need to help you find a house that can be used as a clinic, and is zoned as such. Please let me know!

This area is zoned residential. There are plenty of places around there though for small businesses. Mostly small shopping centers. There's also full buildings for sale in downtown Lewisville. Let me know if you need assistance finding just the right place.

It's normally not a good idea to even try to put a discreet business in a residential neighborhood like this. Some people try to skirt the zoning laws, but neighbors will be quick to complain of the traffic. You would be surprised, but in nieghborhoods where you never see anyone, there's always one person who seems to know all the comings and goings of what goes on. They'll have times, pictures, traffic counts and all the details when they go to code enforcement.

Hello Marlene,

Somehow I doubt it. This is a heavy residential neighborhood. Although there is no HOA, I doubt that it can be rezoned. I will be happy to search for something that could be used as a clininc. Are you specifically looking in Lewisville only?
