Dear Rj,
You can choose a Realtor to work with. I can set up an automatic search to send you anything with foreclosure or pre-foreclosure in the remarks. Let me know if I may be of assistance.
Sincerely,
Betina

RJ:

Thanks for the question. A website that does not require a credit card is http://www.ushud.com . I use this site for my business to connect with buyers interested in foreclosed or distressed properties. There is NO charge to the buyer.

You will want to contact a professional real estate agent. Do not pay any money to the foreclosure search sites - a lot of those sites are filled with expired and out-of-date listings.

You will also want to read about the foreclosure buying process before you begin your home search. You can read more about foreclosure homes on my website at: http://www.HoustonForeclosureQueens.com

Although I specialize in the Houston area, I have worked as a Realtor in Austin and would be happy to answer any questions you have.

Visit my website below. I provide FREE online (full and complete) foreclosure listings (with color photos) for the entire Austin metro area (all types of foreclosures are included). My foreclosure lists are continually updated. They are completely free and require no obligation of any kind.

RJ - don't pay to get useless info from RealtyTrac. Again, I suggest you hire an agent. In the meantime, REALTOR.com will have listings shortly after they hit the MLS. That includes foreclosed properties.

The link below is to a post which will give you some info on REOs (post foreclosures) and for more info, you can follow the links to earlier more detailed posts.

I suggest you find a good REALTOR with the experience and expertise to help you identify good properties and help with a smooth transaction. 26-0885

Purchases of foreclosed homes do not have to be difficult, but they can be more complicated. Please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to discuss the process with you.
