Nolensville is trending as a very popular place to live outside Nashville. Location is definitely what makes Nolensville so attractive. I moved here 8 months ago from Destin, Florida and have to admit I knew nothing about Nashville or the surrounding communities. My wife and I have found that the people of TN are great people and some of the kindest people on Earth!
I'd be more than glad to assist you in your search in the Nashville community. I look forward to your call, email or text.

Nolensville is growing and has quite a few new developments, but it doesn't contain the business and commerce like Brentwood and Franklin. If your neighborhood is near the newer section of Nolensville, you'll have access to a small handful of restaurants, a couple of grocery stores and a handful of shops. Nolensville is a little removed from Interstate access, but depending on where you are might get you closer to I-24. So I would consider much Nolensville to be country living within an actual neighborhood community.
You do have the shared Williamson County schools in most of Nolensville with Brentwood and Franklin. Although you need to check the county for each area separately as there are parts in Davidson County as well. For the most part, you will be able to get more house for your money in Nolensville, but the home prices are becoming a little more competitive.
I would like to invite you to visit my website where you can both search current listings, as well as research information about what Nolensville has to offer. Over the past few years, about 80% of my clients have been those looking to relocate to the middle Tennessee area from other parts of the United States and Canada, so I'm very familiar with the process of dealing with out of state buyers. While on my site, I would recommend you visit my testimonials page as well as the "Community Info and Links " page as well. I would be happy to address any concerns or questions you may have at any time.
Home prices reflect this distance (+15 minutes), but have been going up over the past decade due to newer neighborhoods being built in the community. This year there is a chance to see some of the homes at a reduced rate (if only a little as the desirable school system has kept them moving well).
So that I can help you examine Nolensville vs Franklin/Brentwood better, what are you looking for in your next home Lindsay?
