We have a 2 bedroom furnished condo in the Huntington Lakes complex which we are just about to list with a realtor. Perhaps you may be interested in some info about it and we can let you earn the commision instead of a broker. Let us know if you have any questions. email@example.com
Thanks, Ellen Bonin (from NJ).
As far as Boynton, it has many new developments, as well as older ones. The new ones are country club developments, and there is a lot more land for future development. The price tag and ongoing costs are more than Lakes of Delray, but it is a different lifestyle also. It really depends on what you want.
So, like everything else, the best way to decide is to have a realtor lined up (which I am not) and come down for a vacation. Spend a couple of days running around looking at properties that match the size and price point that you want, and then relax and go over the pros and cons of each to make your decision.
Hope this helps.
Boynton Beach is also a great city with many options.
