How much do u guess a home in Flint, Michigan would pay in water and electricity? The heated/cooled area

would be about 2200 sqft, the home is built in 1985 with new windows, and a new roof. Any ideas would be appreciated! thanks

Also in reference to water use, there would be 2 adults living there. I am so unorganized.

MORE! :) Also, about half of the square footage is located below-grade. (The entire basement area is finished with a bedroom, bath, family room, etc...) There is an electric fireplace located in the below-grade family room as well, that could perhaps be used for heating. Home insulation information is unknown.

Sorry, add on... with a new furnace, and water heater. Also, the home has central air, and an average amount of windows.
