Hi G,
Although the taxes will vary from county to county, a good formula to use in the Sarasota/Bradenton area is approximately 1.5% of the appraised value. If you're interested in pristine waterfront, the arts, golf or simply an escape from the cold - come visit us and jump on the incredible values now available along the Gulf of Mexico.

If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly.

Many SMILES!!!

Hello G,
Your tax would be the same as anyone that can not or does not homestead their property. Taxes vary here on location in Florida, and value of the home you purchase. You would not have additional tax. Look for a Realtor in the area you are looking. They would be able to give you estimates on any property that interests you. If you interested in Cape Coral / Fort Myers area, I would be happy to help.
Have a great night,
Nancy
