-Its a good point the the others make bout the school districts. They may be good but hard to get into . I fyou have school age children you might want to consider your options.
-Castilleja is a great place for first time home buyers or young couples just starting out. The homes are small enough and "affordable" within bay area standards.
-I think they are going to do something about the whistle . Eventually the train tracks are going to be reconfigured and the trains won't have to blow their whistles any more. At least thats what the Sales Person says. It is quite loud if you are standing outside. However, when you are indoors , you can't hear it.
-The HOA fees are low. They don't have a pool which reduces a lot of the costs .
-The concept and design is very cute.
-Yes, I did buy. Met my neighbors and they are really nice.

Plus, do you know that Leith/Warm Springs Elementary is currently overloaded, and the overload school is Grimmer, which has a much lower API? I think the agent didn't tell you about it as well...
