Just last week I received ads for three auctions - that hasn't happened to me in the 7 years I've been in business. So buying at an auction might be a great opportunity. The websites are http://www.USHomeAuctions.com and http://www.ajkaras.com. I can't recommend these companies or anything like that, I don't know anything about them from personal experience. But just from reading through their web sites, I can say 'ditto' to Michelle's answer - do your homework! You have to be prepared to buy when you walk into the auction, and to put your money on the line.

HI Tim,
That particular house appears to be a tax sale. It was owned by the City of Westminster. You can research tax sales through each individual county. Most counties also have classes on buying at tax sales. There are pitfalls and risk though so do your research thoroughly.
