Realtors and Sales people get constant training in how to close and "Go for the Kill". It is all a bunch of BS and I based all my business on honesty and Integrity and it has cost me some quick monsy but earned me clients for life. I imagine that each clients purchase is my own and that way my course is clear.
I used to tell a story in my Martial Arts classes to the young kids when I was teaching. The sory was about the man with Two masks. One that he wears for his Family and his friends and one that he wears for his business and social life. The man with two masks is nevere truthful, never happy, and never worthy.
The man with one mask sleeps better and never has to worry about a thing. So find somebody that you like and trust and that you believe has Integrity. Ask for referrals and references! That is the very best thing I can advise you.
