I'll assume a net price of $265,000 and a 30 yr term for you, Jan. Your principle and interest pmt would be $1,151. Estimate your insurance at roughly one percent of the sales price ($220/mo) but that is heavily dictated by credit score these days so you'll need to discuss that with you insurance agent (I'll be glad to recommend one). The current taxes are $521/mo ($6,262 per year).

You will be able to avoid mortgage insurance with a 20% down payment so the total would be roughly $2,112/mo.
