Hi Tsege,
I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Purchasing a home is an exciting time filled with a lot of decisions, emotions and time. There is nothing more frustrating that working with someone who does not share the same committment to the transaction and process as you do. This market is extremely challenging at times and it is essential that you are working with someone who is giving you 110% or the process may drag on indefinitely. If you want to give your current Realtor the benefit of the doubt, I would suggest sitting down with her/him and discussing your concerns and coming up with a plan. If you have already lost faith in this person's committment, I would suggest talking with different Realtors to find one who you feel comfortable with, has experience in closing real estate transactions and one who is committed to working with you to accomplish your desire to purchase a home. My partner and I treat every single one of our clients as if they are our only clients. We are totally committed to providing you with exceptional service and helping to find your new home. We would love the opportunity to talk with you about the process and begin working with you to ultimately get you into your next home.

Tsege, It is very important that you have an agent you trust and who works for you. There are a number of great agents out there that are working hard, and a number who aren't. The thing you should do is make a few phone calls, interview a few agents and then make your decision who you feel like is going to work for you to find you your home. It's a tough market out there and you have to have someone who is going to be aggressive in helping you with your search as well as your offer to get it accepted. Please feel free to go to my website to see up to the mnute listings directly from the MLS or give me a call at (925) 437-3927. You can also email me at ppars2001@sbcglobal.net. On my website are some testiments from previous buyer's and seller's that I have worked with. My husband and I are both agents with Prudential and our motto is "available when you need us" We try to treat our clients the way we wanted to be treated when we were the consumer. Take care, and best of luck to you. Regards, Paulette

I agree with both of these agents. Read a few profiles in here to see if you like any agents in here.

Hope this helps!
