Think you've got all the information - as I said, lots of people do not like the noise. My friends used to be part of a committee that spoke frequently to the airport management concerning "noise pollution". It is a difficult place to try and sell a property - something you need to think about ahould you desire to either purchase or sell there. I hope this answers any questions you may have without being overly repetitive to my earlier posting.
I had friends that sold their home there. They did not like the airport noise all day/night. That aspect contributes to a lower price. There is also an expansion of the facility in the future.
