There are a lot of great investment opportunities near center city Philadelphia in neighborhoods that are beginning to emerge into desirable places to live. Graduate Hospital, Fishtown, Bella Vista, South Philly, and others would be good places to look. I would be happy to assist you further. Mei,

The person suggesting University City was right on the money. It is a growing neighborhood socially and economically.

BUT.... there is a part that is The University Special Services District, then there's The Charter School Catchment areas, and to confuse you more ---- the University of Pennsylvania has two additional Catchment areas.

It's like a minefield. Different advantages to all the different parts of what we call "University City".

And don't forget there's the $7500 Federal Tax Credit, the City of Philadelphia Tax Abatement program and special community investment loans offered by some banks. Your head spinning yet?

So Mei, if you want a guide through this real estate jungle, hit me up --- MoveSmarter@CBpref.com
