5733 Sierra Springs, Pollock Pines, shows up as bank owned property. Bank ( Quality Loan Serivces for Bear Stearns Asset 2007 He-2, ) took over ownership on Sept 24th 2008.

Most foreclosed properties have their plumbing turned off at the start of winter to avoid frozen pipes. Banks also rarely have any useful information about the condition of systems and it is common for the banks to advise the buyer to hire inspectors at the buyers own expense to determine the condition of the property and its systems. I am only telling you what is typical and in a general fashion. The preceding advice is not specific to the subject property. Perhaps your buyers agent can inquire of the listing agent if they have any knowledge of plumbing problems or other defects.
