You can do a search at http://www.zillow.com for some recent sold homes. I would recommend contacting a local Realtor who specializes in Sicklerville who can provide you a more accurate list of homes that sold who can match up more identical matches and is familiar with the housing market there.

Yes, there are lists avaialble. I do service the Sicklerville area of Winslow Township, along with all areas that use Sicklerville as their postal address. We keep an extensive list of home sales to help us in our marketing efforts of homes we list. The Courier Post also publishes real estate transactions broken down by counties. Also, how recent are the sales you are looking for? It takes a month or 2 for settled transaction to show up in public records, which is where these type of lists are derived from.

Hi,

I am a licensed broker in NJ, but do not service Sicklerville. I do have access to some solds, but my data source provides me the info in the form of a PDF file.

An active Realtor in your area will have the most up to date info via their MLS system. Perhaps one will chime in and assist.

What I can offer is secondary to that, but if you want or need it, please email me, and I will send to you. You can also visit Trulia's Real Estate Guides section, or try Zillow. BTW. I do not recommend using Zillow for Zestimates in determining value for either selling or purchasing homes. Zestimates are best used for entertainment purposes.
