Our real-estate comapny is hosting a booth; what is most successfull for creating a prospecting database?

We leased one of those "Money Wind Machines" where the person gets an opportunity to spend say 2 minutes grabbing dollar bills in the machines sealed room.

You have people fill out the "raffle tickets" in great detail, then they have to be there for the "hourly" drawings. Not a bad use of around $200.00 in currency plus the cost of the rental. We had a ton of signups. Also make sure to ask for their email addresses. If you have internet connection where you are you can quickly check which info is bogus.

We have always given away raffle items that people currently needs. Gas cards, Certificates to popular shops (Trader Joes, etc). All we require is that a card is filled out with name, e-mail and any current real estate needs they have that they can chck off. Works very well.

Thanks for the tip; I did the raffle and it was an extreme success! Good Idea with the magnetic calanders though; I always get calanders even though I never use them! lol

The good old fashioned raffle always works the best. And to get them there the old stand by's with balloons for the kids and pens or magenetic calenders for the parents. good luck
