Hi Rob,
Depending what area you are looking in determines the HOA fees. In South Redondo there are many different complexes where the HOA fees vary from $130 (which is awesome) to $500. It just depends what ammenties the complex has to offer and how strong their reserves are. There is a great complex on Avenue A which is small and very well maintained the HOA dues there are $130. I just bought a place at the beach where the dues are $180 which was (as you can imagine) very attractive to me. I know the Seascape 2 part of the Village and a few of the complexes like the Ocean Plaza on the Esplanade are on the higher side. If you are still in the market and have questions about a specific location/complex I can tell what you the dues are and what you get for it. Take care.
