Check out your HUD-1 statement. Lines 210 - 212 and 510 - 512 (I believe). It's all on your form. This form is give to you, which you sign, at settlement.

Your millages, if the information is right and the home is in Reading boro, are:

County: 0.0069350
Municiple: 0.0109000
School: 0.0197500

Total: 0.037585

Your taxes should be $6013.60 per year based on the aboves numbers and the price of $160K

Michelle, When you say tax information, I am assuming you mean the County, Municipal and School taxes that are due each year. The 2009 taxes have not posted to the public records, yet. So I only have the 2008 figures at the moment. As of 2008 the total due was $5,220. If I have misunderstood your question, please email me and I'll get you the correct answer. kathleenrhode@century21advance.com
