When we went and vistied my husband;s dad in L.A. many years ago, image my 6 year's old son's excitement when the pilot reported that he saw blinking lights in front of the plane and beard some faint bells; it's even better when he woke up at Pop's house the next morning, Santa visited and left tons of presents after a long flight. He could not wait telling people about how the pilot saw Santa. That was magic for him.

I love this question! Of course Santa is real! I'm in my 40's and I still love Santa and all the magic he represents. Even though this isn't a real estate question, you get a thumbs up from me.

He is! And this year he's bringing us lower interest rates, strong consumer confidence, and a recovery in the real estate market!

VIRGINIA, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a skeptical age. They do not believe except [what] they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.

Yes, Santa is real, the spirit (or software) is always there, but the Santa's kids see can be different people (the hardware). So, people think it is not real, they are talking about "hardware", and people say santa is real, they are thinking about the "software". So, it is up to people want to run that software or not, and people choose to run it every Xmas.

It is very related to real estate. For example, my sister is top realtor in California, who has a multi million dollar house listing could not sell, one prospective buyer has a boy loves gold fish a lot, so my sister told the boy that Santa is going to give a fish tank full of gold fishes to the kids who live in this house. From then on, the kid keep bringing his parents to visit this house, and eventually his parents decided to buy this house because the only son kept saying to them he HAS TO live in this house by Christmas!!!

So, isn't that Santa sold the house? After closing, the son going to see the gold fish tank full of gold fishes brought to the family at Christmas Eve by Santa....

This question has been asked for years and both sides have argued their position, but the truth lies in the fact that it continues to be asked. The look in a small child's eyes, now bigger around then the cookies they left out the night before, holds the only TRUE answer.
Yes, Santa is real.

St. Nicholas was a real historical person and has been proved.

Dunes is right, Santa is as real as the easter bunny. And I am looking forward to finding some eggs this spring.
