Is there a way to tell why a house left the MLS? One of the sites I check usually has Pending Contract

Asked by Zack, Westchester County, NY Thu Dec 20, 2007

houses but these weren't on there. I'm curious about 28 and 32 Overbrook Rd in Millwood in the Cornell Ridge area. Thanks.

In the pipe dream land, did 114 Huntley Ave, Ardsley NY also enter contract? Its still on this site but not listed by searches on prudential etc. It looks beautiful and we have good friends that live on that street but alas, so expensive.

The only mls homes a consumer can see are those that are available to purchase. Once it has been withdrawn, released, expired from the listing or gone under contract, it can no longer be viewed by consumers.

You could call a local real estate office and ask them to take a look to see if they have expired, cancelled or went pending. Otherwise hopefully an agent that works your area will see your post and look it up for you.
