This is the real price for a furnished home in Paradise Valley and it is a monthly fee. I have cut and paste the realtors comments to show that it could be rented year round for $10,000 a month compared to $12,000 during the winter season.

"Remarks: Wow! Magnificent Panoramic Views and Old World Luxury Charm at it's finest! Views of Downtown Skyline & Camelback Mountain - Gourmet Kitchen with Custom Cabinetry - Granite Countertops - Premium Appliances - Wood Beam Ceilings - Five Fireplaces - 3,000 Sq Ft of Decking - Heated Pool & Spa - 3 Car Garage - Completely Furnished throughout - 4 Bedrooms/4.5 Baths - just like staying at a resort with all the privacy and seclusion you can enjoy! Available seasonal at $10,000/month".

Hi Cheryl,

Yes that is the real price, but it's not a "for sale" price. It's a "for rent" price. This property is for rent at $12,000 per month. It is not for sale.

Trulia gets its information from multiple sources & does not always translate the information correctly. The only way to get the most accurate & up to date information would be to have a buyer's agent REALTOR assist you. Otherwise, you'll keep running into these challenges all the time.

Cheryl,

This property is offered for rent at $12000 per month. As Scott noted below, Trulia pulls it's information from many sources and sometimes it does not classify it correctly.

I would not think this is the sale sprice, trulia picks up information from various other sites and county registries, it could be a preforeclosre. You should hire a broker to assist you and who can search the local MLS. as well the can assist through each step of the buying process and set up a showing for this or other properties. In most cases you negotiate a buyer broker contract so that it doesnt cost you anything out of pocket as the listing broker pays the buyer agent through the commission offered in MLS. This way you have someone looking out for you. If you need a referral of someone in this area pleaselet me know. Good luck with your purchase.
