I currently live in Tartesso, as well as being a licensed realtor. It is a beautiful community that has a lot of potential. It's a great family oriented community. Pros about this area are the home prices, amenities, being away from the congestion of the city. Cons would be, the distance to the nearest store, the drive into the city, and the school district at this time. We have a great elementary school built that cannot be opened because the district overspent their budget and nobody can give an answer as to when it will open.

I actually have a model of the Torino under construction at this present time. It has just finished framing and is a fantastic plan. That is one of our newest floorplans. Feel free to contact me or my partner if you would like to view it.

where can I find client reviews of DR Horton in the area you are talking about....do you have a website for DR Horton in Buckeye?

DR Horton is the largest builder in the nation. I work for DR Horton- Continental Series which has a very good reputation in the valley. I cant respond to what you may have read but I am confident that any negative posts or blogs were not specifically targeted at DR Horton-Continental Series. I have some homes currently under construction where you can see first hand how they are built.

I have read some very bad reviews fom those who own Dr Horton homes.....seems he does not resolve homeowner problems, and his homes are poorly constructed

Check out the new DR Horton Continental Series at Sonoran Vista homes located just east of the Montalbano development before you buy. The sales office is located on the corner of Watson and Broadway. Over 32 different floorplans and the best value in Buckeye.

Can you be more specific on what type of information you are looking for?
If you are asking "Is the Montalbano Home the best priced home in Tartesso"? then you could do a little of your own research to find the best priced home in Buckeye using my website: Arizona New Home Search. You can search by CITY (Buckeye) and then enter all the features the home you are considering has (4 bedrooms, 2 car garage etc...) to see how it compares to other home builders in Tartesso. The website saves a lot of time.
