Hi Nim,

You can buy here even if you live abroad. You would be considered a foreign national buyer. Foreign National buyers are required to put down at least 30-40% of the mortgage.

That appears to be a bank owned property. The price stated is most likely not an actual asking price! The lowest asking price on the system is $144,900 for a 700 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 9th floor. The provider of the information that you found, has input just a small part of what is actually owed to the lender, condo association, or some other lien.

Yes, you can buy the condo if you live abroad. The price is very low-- it is a foreclosure, but I don't have all the details on it. It will go to foreclosure and be owned by the bank if no one purchases it.
