Holdent you are sure passionate about people using the " 7 day free trial if you give us your credit card info " site as I see you recommend it everywhere possible... https://pre.foreclosure.com/registration.html?listingid=16710553

If I lived in Toledo I thing I'd just use these to find out about Tax Sales.

Darrell, I would take Dees' advice on having a Realtor not only Represent you in this type of transaction but help you in your search. Your search will go much more smoothly with a Realtor who has more than likely already seen most of these foreclosures, which can save you a lot of wasted time and get you first dibs on the best deals on the market.

Hi Darrell. The below answers are good, but only if you want to spend hours and hours researching, etc. My advice to buyers is to always look for a good realtor to help you weed out and negotiate. Remember that buyers don't pay their realtors, sellers do, even if that seller is a bank. I just closed on a bank-owned property in South Toledo two days ago with a great young couple. They purchased the home for 50% of what the county auditor says it's worth. They're thrilled and it didn't cost them a dime to have me show them nearly 75 homes before finding this one. Plus, negotiating with the bank can be tricky, especially if there are multiple offers. With that being said, many sites now offer foreclosure searches and in Toledo you can go to the auditor's website and click on the icon regarding sheriff sales. Hope this helps.

ShortSaleSheep.com also offers most major lenders sites where they post their bank owned homes online. Good luck!

The tax foreclosure property sales will be handled through the sheriff's department. You can find them at your county sheriff's department website. You can find it by using Google. Search for you county, ohio sheriif. Look for a link that mentions "sheriff sales". I hope this helps you to find them. If you have problems, let me know the name of your county and I will try to find the sales for you.
