Hi Pradeep:

Currently , there are 92 properties between the price of $650K and $750K, 3+ BDs, 2+ BAs, 1400+SF and younger than 20 years old home in Fremont, CA

In general, Fremont has great schools, due to the demographic and just the fact that most of the parents are very involved in their student's education. Of course, Mission is one of the top areas in Fremont, but there is the talk of Fremont Shool District is planning to change where the neighborhood students will go to even out the talent in the district.

I would say that the best areas in the $700K price range would be Summerlin Area. It's a great area with a lot of Community Amenities. All kinds of activities for children as well as adults. Your property values are protected because the Assocation is diligent about making sure the CC&R are adherred to. The Schools are part of the Clark County Schools & are very good.
