I am assuming you are in Crossville, TN and I believe that might be the County Seat, (I am not from TN, but have been sending a lot of referrals to TN lately. We have a number of Jerseyites headed to TN!)
If you go to the county clerks office, and ask for help with deed records or register of deeds, you should find the info for which you are searching. Some counties have made this info accessible online. Google for your area and deeds. Or, simply call the county and ask if there is an online site to search and save yourself a trip.
Watch out for the Jersey folks, they sure do like TN!
You can check with the country assesors office in Crossville, TN.. They should be able to give you some information based on the property address. I attached a link to the assessors web page below for you.
My reason for needing this info, we have a cemetary plot next to my brother where she was suppose to be buried, however, since she remarried and died in California, she want be burried in that plot. The Cemetary people said if we could find a copy of her death certificate that we could have the burial plot. How can I go about finding that info.
I am in MN and here all the counties have websites and the property tax and property owner information is available on each counties website. All that's needed is the addresss.
It's very easy to find through the county.
I wish you good luck in your search.
