I'm a member of Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church which is just in front of Hunter's Crossing where Bridle Court is located. A lot of my fellow church members live there and I've sold several so I'm pretty familiar with the neighborhood and area.
$130, 000 might be a bit on the high side compared to similar sized units but if it was in "move in" condition and you plan to live there a few years you'll probably come out ok.
It's virtually impossible for anyone to give more than a general opinion without actually seeing the property.
Did you buy FSBO? There is no record of it being in the MLS.
How does your house compare to the one down the street located at 6924 Bridle Court; it sold for $120,000 in March 2007 and it had a new a/c, water heater & roof. They sold it in 136 days and the original asking price was $134,900...
Is yours about 1300 SF? If so, you paid a pretty fair price...perhaps a bit on the high side...however, with the limited information I have, I may not be correct. Give me more info on your property, and I can tell you for sure.
Regardless, congrats on owning a home--it sure beats renting!
