No, there are CSD fees on your tax bill instead, to keep the Community Beautiful and the roads from having potholes.

It does depend on the community in which you buy. There are many, many homes that do not have fees, I live in one of them. I would say the majority do not.

It all depends on the specific community in which you buy. There are a lot homes on the market right now in Mtn House....lots of great opportuniies. Your Realtor should be able to negotiate that the seller pay your first year HOA dues for you. Good luck!

The condo's have a HOA dues of $260 monthly. Some of the houses in Mountain House have HOA of $100 to $120. I even saw one that said it was at $180 monthly. I am not so sure that is right. Out of the 87 homes for sale in Mountain House, only 11 of them have HOA dues attached to them. I would make sure to double check the address with the public records (just to be safe). To the best of my knowledge there is a HOA for the community in Mountain House. Cost does vary depending on what village you are in and type of property.
