Now best known for wine-tasting, Los Olivos has very few lots that are not built out. Most date from around 1887, when the narrow gauge Pacific Coast Railway came to town. Search the local multiple listing service here , or call me for more information at 805 688-0500.

There are two lots available in Los Olivos. One is a beautiful one acre lot with a magnificent 500 year old Oak tree in the middle of it for $449,000. The other is a lot in town ready to build for $400,000.
The is a 3/4 acre parcel right on the other side of 154 from Los Olivos and 62 acres by 101 and 23 acres down Foxen Canyon Road both for over a million. Anything else?
