to be on the market. We're thinking about moving to Madison and have made three interview visits. Do I need to have a broker to get an answer related to a specific property?

No, you do not need to have a broker to receive information. Don't ever be afraid to follow up with a phone call if you didn't get a response.

I would recommend having someone that you work with consistantly so they know what you are looking for, your specific situation, etc. It will make the process smoother for you.

You do not need to have a Buyer's Agent to receive information on a specific property. However it would be suggested if you are looking for someone to represent you remotely. As well as help you with specifics about the area. Perhaps the agent truly is not emailing you back, but check your spam. That has happened to me on a few occasions and if you didn't furnish your phone number they haven't a way to follow up. In the event you are being ignored, call another agent to help!
