Your listings in MLS will autoload to Realtor.com. You will need a Showcase Acct w/ Realtor.com in order to add text descriptions and highlight the lisitngs.

Point2 gets my votoe for distribution to other sites.

Lori is right, if you use the ones that put them out there like point2agent, they distribute to many other sites. That is a savings of time.

A few more:

vflyer.com (blasts to several.)

There are also tons of sites that cater to fsbos, but many allow broker listings.

Sure - List your home with John Sacktig and Coldwell Banker and together we will get your home in the hands of thousands of qualified buyers almost instantaneously!

The one site you need to know to sell your home http://www.Coldwellbanker.com

: )

How is that for an obvious sales pitch?

Yes but... If you use sites like postlets and point2 they automatically list your listing at googlebase, craigslist, oodle, trulia, yahoo, and a bunch of others saving you tons of time.

These three are a good place to start.
