I notice that you have asked this same question regarding various properties. As several of the other agents have suggested, there are some communities approved for short term rental which rent better than others. Generally speaking you want to be as close to the attractions as possible.
I would recommend selecting a REALTOR who can help with all of your questions. By giving a little more information about your property wants and intended usage, he or she will be able to help you narrow the choices...and you will save yourself a lot of time even though you are currently "just looking" and may not be ready to buy.
If I can help, please let me know.

Shadow Bay Villas (the name of the neighborhood) are zoned for short term rentals however, this area isn't one of the more popular areas requested for short term rentals. If you're looking to maximize the bookings you get on the property you may want to stick with the neighborhoods located closer to 27 and 192 (west) as these are the most requested areas for STR.
Here is a list of all the properties for sale in Shadow Bay Villas: http://mfr.mlxchange.com/Pub/EmailView.asp?r=733061672&s
and it is mostly long term tenants and primary residence. In order to be successful at leasing out a property short term, you should consult with property management company and get their opinions on which communities rent out well.
There is a link to a management company on my website, if you would like to contact them.
