Hudson, Jackson, Revere, Lake and North Canton are excellent school systems. Copley, Highland and Green a very good systems and of course there is the option of private. Each of this school systems have developments that would meet your pricing critera. Shop around and see which meet you commute, purchase price and resale needs
hudson has one of the best school ratings in the state.
if you are going to spend that kind of money you are better off in the suburbs.
green is also a nice community with a good school system. it is in stark and summit counties both.
Have you considered Richfield? It's just a few minutes from Fairlawn, has a school system that's among the highest rated in the state, and there are outstanding values to be had in the price range you've mentioned. It's a win-win all the way around. Richfield lots tend to be largerâ€”at least an acre or more. It's a smaller community but offers convenient access to the turnpike, I-271, I-77, and I-71.
