Hi Lynda, You need to work with a Buyer Agent from the North Shore. I would be happy to view the property with you and do a market analysis for you. I see you are from Lexington, I use to live on Follen Hill in Lexington. Beautiful town! If you are thinking of moving to Gloucester you will love the north shore especially Gloucester. Lots to do there! Give me a call at 978-882-4346 if you would like some help buying a property on the north shore.

It would be impossible to give a market value on most properties, especially mixed use, without seeing it first and obtaining income/expense info. I can tell you that there is a simular building on the market in Gloucester on Main Street with water views currently listed at $739,000. Of course, what it is listed for has almost nothing to do with its market value - it could sell for $100,000 or more less than its list price. There is also another simular building, without parking, listed for $425,000.

Contact a commercial Realtor for full market analysis of the property.

Good Luck!
