If you're buying a home in or around Redding, you need a Realtor that knows the local market, period. Depending on your price range and the size home you're looking for, I know of about 3-4 house that might be up your alley.
If you're not paying all cash for your property, and if you haven't already, you should plan on getting prequalified for a home loan. If you're serious about looking to buy, most sellers require a prequalification letter to accept an offer. If you need the names of trusted lenders, I can give you 2 or 3 names I trust and use regularly.
I work for Coldwell Banker in Redding, and would be happy to help find your perfect home.

The Realtor/Agents in those areas can pull up "handicapp acess" via the MLS search engine. A great agent "team" in the Redding area are Dennis and Meg Grotterling. They are with RE/MAX of Redding and have their own RealEstate Radio Show. (Spouses selling houses!) and are true professionals. Give them a call and see if they can search this feature for you! Here's their number: 1-877-224-7170
