What is the difference in homes East and West of 75 in Estero? Should I consider one side over the other?

Hi Batista, I have lived in this area since 1982 and have had the opportunity to live in both worlds. The newest communities are closer to I-75. The closer to the interstate the noise level is higher. If you prefer a quiet more established community with mature trees then you want to be west of US41. The closer you are to Estero Bay will set you apart from anybody else out there with the same type of house. Location, location, location. Remember there is only so much waterfront available in Florida. Lakes and canals are great but Estero has some unique features and great buys in the bay area. Please use this complimentary website to search for your particular criteria http://(www.swfloridahomebuyer.listingbook.com) and if you need questions asked you can direct them to me right from each listing. Keep in mind that short sales and foreclosures are moving quickly and require a pre-qual. letter or cash asset letter from your bank along with the offer for purchase. Let me know when you plan to be here and I can set up a tour of your favorites for you. Happy to help you as your buyers agent.

Not much difference really. The stretch between 41 and I75 on Corkscrew in Estero is the shortest stretch in Southwest Florida. This allows for there to not be much of a difference between the two as they all remain close. I live and work in Estero and would love to show you our great community.

There are fine communities in Estero on both sides of I-75, choosing one side over the other is really a matter of personal preference.

On the east side of I-75 clustered around Corkscrew Road are Bella Terra, Grandezza, Wildcat Run and Stoneybrook. Estero neighborhoods west of I-75 include Belle Lago, The Meadows of Estero, Pelican Sound, Rapallo, Villagio and West Bay Club

Here is a resource to view the various Estero communities and the active listings in each: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/estero-gated-communities.php

Good luck with your search!
