As mentioned below, many realty websites are very misleading. They suggest that a property is already on the market at a specific price, when in facxt, it's in default and months or more away from being available for purchase. The absolute best way to monitor the market is to ask a realtor to put you on their MLS automatic email system. You can see properties as they hit the market.

I can do this for you if you would like. Just need your email address and specifically what you are looking for.

I looked at this link and I just wanted to say these Trulia notice of default notifications are very confusing to many consumers. This house will not be listed at 329k. There is one house scheduled for the trustee sale later this month on this street, just remember these will still be listed at market value... the "list price" you see here is simply the value of the loan they are in default with and may be only one of their loans. Once it forecloses it will be listed with an agent for the bank and will be listed at 'market value.'
