Hi monica. Im over here on the west coast....Portland Oregon. The answer is still the same. Are you using a realtor?? Ask questions about the marketing, what are the tools you(r) using to market your home. Also, as a matter of being informed, find out what the "days of inventory" are in your price and size range in your area, and the average days on market. That wont sell it either, but the information will give you a better idea of the time it might take, and adjusting other plans you have.
