The best way to find the answers you need will always come from a local agent who knows the market.
Three things you should consider when picking that agent.
1. Will they communicate with you when and if you need them. In other words you can not afford to hire and agent out of area only to find out they will not communicate.
2. Do they have listings in that area? If they do not then I would go to the next agent.
3. How do they price there homes and how long do they last on the market as compared to the average?
