Home value appreciation near Katy freeway and Sam Houston tollway in Houston

I plan to buy a house near the intersection Kat freeway and Sam Houston tollway. Could be within a 3 to 4 mile radius around the intersection, but would prefer a location pretty close to either road. Because there is a good chance that I may be moving in 5 to 6 years, I would like to buy a house whose value could appreciate. Any recommendation is appreciated.

The closer you can get inside loop 610 the better chance for appreciation. A little north of I-10 and south would be your best bet, ie, Spring Branch, Memorial. Conact me and I can set-up a seach that will deliver the best fit listing daily.
