Floyd,

Now that I've looked, I change my answer to say you could hire an agent who should do it for you, but since you don't have one, you should enter the listing yourself. You should also know that you brought the listing on at a very difficult time in the summer for the Brookline/Newton/Chestnut Hill market. There was a lull in July that we have now rebounded from very nicely. I hope you're seeing increased attention. I did see you changed your compensation to brokers. While symbolically that is nice, you should look at maybe bringing in a professional photographer to upgrade your pictures before you place it on a website like Trulia as a new listing. I hope this helps.

Good luck,

Hi Floyd, you should've really hired a full-service agent who would've taken care of all of this for you. It's still not too late. Many of these "Entry Only" listing services are severely lacking in the services they provide and this is a good example of the problems with these types of services. Good luck, Jon

Your agent should automatically put your listings on all free sites.

Hi there,

Please access the link below and please refer to my answer posted. You can forward the information to your Realtor so he or she can submit your listing to Trulia.

You should talk with your agent, at my company it is fed directly from our company web site. I know it can be entered manually, and I heard a rumor that MLS PIN might be doing a direct feed. It does have a lag time from when it is entered until it shows up - couple of days.

Hope this helped.

Your agent can enter the property for you. It's one of the things you could've asked them to do when you drew up your marketing campaign at the time you signed your listing agreement.
