Depending on what kind of info you are looking for (and if the property is not listed), you may try to find it at your local appraisal district website.

If the property is in Wausau, but isn't for sale, you can find it on the Marathon County website. There, you'll be able to see when the current owner bought it, and what they paid for it. You'll also be able to see what the County assessor has deemed "fair market value" through 2007.

If it is listed, You can also search all Wausau area listings at the link below

How to find the property you just drove by. My answer would tell you to write down the address and either call your real estate agent, or you can go to http://www.chrislukenshomes.com and you can look up your property information here directly through our local MLS listings. The other option could be to stop by the home and look for the flyer with your home information. This is just a few ways you can find information on a property with your interest.

Heather-Pam's answer is probably your best. If you were to launch a search engine such as google them type, in qoutes, the property address, you'll more than likely get your answer. Here's an example "123 Main Street" Wausau, WI.

Calling an agent is another way if you have at least enough information to describe where the property was.

Hello Heather. If you know which street the property was on, you can call a local real estate agent who can pull up the information by looking at everything that's available (or pending) on that street. You could also just go to the website of a local agent and most likely you'll find a property search tool. Many of the property search tools will allow you to search for active listings by street address. Good luck.

Heather, Do you have the address? Street name? Real Estate company? C'mon--be more specific!! If you have the agent's name, call them! If you don't have the agent's name then call the RealEstate Company! If you have the address then go to Realtor.com, if you have the Street then call any real estate agent in the town where the property is located and have them look it up!
