Hi Kelly,

As you well know by now the home in question was bought in 2003. It was then knocked down and a new home was built in it's place. The new home is temporarily off the market . If you would like to look directly on the Mid-Florida MLS and see what is currently available in that area please click here: http://www.debbiedunnick.com/idx.asp
If you have any other questions please contact me at DebbieDunnick@michaelsaunders.com.

Kelly,

As previously mentioned, the subject property is no longer on the market. There are however many, many other excellent opportunities in the Sarasota area, including over 1,800 short sale and foreclosure properties.

We would be happy to forward you information that matches your criteria from this group or from the general pool of homes currently on the market.

You can reach us by telephone or email.....This is a FREE service with no obligations.

Best regards,

Hi Kelly,

The home pictured was bought in 2003. It was then knocked down and a new home was built in it's place. The new home is temporarily off the market and was listed for $2,195,000. You can see a virtual tour of the new home at http://www.vr24.net/flash/382142. This home is in the exclusive neighborhood of Oyster Bay in Sarasota. There are other small homes within this community or very close by that might fit your needs.

If I can help, please let me know.

This home is temporaily off the market as of November 20, 2008. I have toured it, and it is an impressive property in a great location. The photo that you see on Trulia.com is not the existing home on that lot. Since the home is not currently an active listing, you are not likely to find it on any of the major real estate sites. If you will simply send me an email or call me, I will be happy to do a little research to find out why it is "temporarily" off the market, and I will send you the listing information from the MLS.

This home was sold in 2003 and withdrawn from the market in 2001. Those are the only records in the MLS. If you would like to email me I could send you property listings similar to one you have listed above.

My website also has lots of information and links to the Sarasota area. Please let me know how I can help you!

The Realtor or Seller may not have posted any pics of the home yet. However, you may want to try http://www.realtor.com and search by the address.
