Asked by John Jansen, 95603 Mon Oct 15, 2007

Hello, my name is JohnJansen I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Auburn and Co Host of the Keller Williams Radio Show. We have a "Home Town" style show every Tuesday morning. This month our show has been going through the different steps of selling a home and the different professionals that we as Realtors work with. I have been asked to pitch the "National Open House" day on Nov 4, that the Realtors on Trulia have started, I will broadcast the website http://www.national-open-house.com/
If any of you would like to "listen in" you can tune in on the web by going on to the KAHI website. We will mention it again next week on the show also. I am open to any input that anyone has on the "Open House Day" or the Radio Show.
Thank You

John Jansen

Hey John,
Thanks for helping us out.

A handful of Full time Realtors have come together selflessly with their unlimited talents, and resources to create the first
http://www.National-Open-House.com November 4th.

The Idea of the National Open House is for Realtors to show the Great Deals They have to offer in Real estate today.
As Real estate professionals we know that now is a great time to buy.
We have to show the perspective buyers the great deals, and incentives being offered.
We are also encouraging Loan Officers to attend these open houses to help educate the public on the products offered to help finance their dreams.
The National Open House will allow us to showcase today`s technology that exists to make home buying less stressful, and more enjoyable. It is just not looking at a static webpage of listings anymore.
Social media, web/agent2.0, Independent blogs, and sites like Trulia will play a big part in the next generation of Realtors. The National Open House is a great way to showcase this technology.

Everyone is welcome to join. At our Self automated website.

A Big Thanks to all of the Realtors in the following States who`s ideas and suggestions have contributed to the success of this event

New Jersey

Thanks again John, and to everyone at http://www.Kahi.com for helping out.
I will be listening.

Hello John:

Thank you so much for doing this. I also want to thank Ute for bringing this to your attention

We also welcome the Realtors from all the states to register and sign up for the first Annual National Open House Day on 11/04. This is a great way to advertise your properties for your sellers!

Simply go to http://www.National-Open-House.com; submit your professional information and either your own listing or other listing that you might help with holding open house for, then you are done.

If you don't know which house to hold open until that specific week (which most of us won't), you can simply sign yourself up, come back that week and list your house then.

Don't miss being part of the FIRSTs. Look forward to seeing you on the Site!

Thanks again, John. Come back and let us know how it went!

I found out about this after the show ended. Is there a way to listen to the show on my computer after it has been broadcast. ?

Hi John,
Congratulations. I just recently helped a couple from Modesto buy a home they described as"everything they had dreamed of." Maybe shoppers from urban areas will be encouraged to visit our less populated communities.
